Many full-time breeders have dog facilities (barns/kennels/etc.) that people want to view to ensure that the conditions are acceptable to them. We have no “facilities.” Our parent dogs live at Marlene's home or our Guardian Homes and their puppies are born into and raised there until Adoption Day.
When we first started My Doodle Maltipoos, we were able to allow people to meet our dogs (who are pets first of all). We have expanded through the years, and while we wish that we could accommodate the numerous requests for visits, it is simply no longer possible. Marlene is a full-time mom to her children as well as a trainer for many of the fur babies that are getting ready to go meet their new families. Welcoming daily visitors to her private home is no longer possible. We realize that not everyone is comfortable with this arrangement, and we have no problem encouraging families to seek out other full-time breeders who can accommodate visits to their kennels.
Many “traditional” breeders have dozens of leftover puppies that they can show to you, so they’re thrilled to have you visit and buy a pup. We’ve been blessed to have more people wanting our pups than available supply.

We offer puppy transportation anywhere in the U.S. The cost for trasnportation via a puppy nanny is $950 whether it's by air or ground. A nanny will accompany your puppy for the duration of the trip. Traveling with a puppy nanny is a more comfortable environment for the puppy and the nanny is able to take your puppy on potty breaks while on the road traveling.

You have a few choices when adopting a Doodle from us, but first, you must fill out our Puppy Adoption Application to begin your adoption process. We will then contact you by email letting you know if you have been approved to adopt one of our puppies.
If approved, you will have the option to make a deposit and tell us whether you want to reserve a picking spot in an upcoming litter, or choose from the available puppies we have on our site from time to time.
Upon occasion, we also have fully trained maltipoos available that you can reserve as well.

Our puppies are meant to be family pets and not used for breeding. We only accept applications from families that agree to honor our spay/neuter agreement to have this procedure completed by the time their puppy is a year old.

Getting your first puppy can be very exciting and you may want to run to your nearest pet store (or Amazon) and purchase all sorts of toys, treats, play pens, etc. But I urge you to take a step back and start simple.
We have a wonderful list of Puppy supply essentials to get things started which include a pet carrier, a bed, food and water bowls, a collar and leash, treats, and stain & order removers (for the occasional accidents in the home)

House training is not something you can accomplish in just a few weeks. When your maltipoo is still a puppy, it's important to understand their bladder is still very weak and frequent potty breaks are essential.
There are a lot of areas to cover with house training, so we wrote an article titled House Training Your Doodle which includes an infographic giving you best tips.

Puppies are only available to approved depositors. Start by filling out a Puppy Application.
Once you are approved and have placed a deposit, you have a couple of options:
You can adopt any available puppy
You can place your name on our Master List of Depositors
Once we receive your deposit, your name will be added to the depositor master list. When we announce a new litter, we'll notify you by email of the opportunity to transfer from the general master list to the specific litter. The email will contain a link to the page with a form to apply to place your name on that specific litter. If you do not want a puppy from the litter that we announce, you can ignore the email and wait for the next litter announcement.Keep in mind that some of our depositors are waiting for specific litters, colors, genders, etc. So even if you are #30 on our master list you could still have a chance at getting on any litter that we announce if the people ahead of you are not interested in getting a puppy from that litter.
If you have any additional questions that are not covered on this page, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
